Season 2 Episode 5 of Leading Through Stories is focused around body image; from our ever changing bodies, to the impact that the media and our own beliefs have on how we see ourselves.
One of our favourite parts was when Fiona challenged us to take some time everyday to journal about or think about something we like, love, respect or appreciate about ourselves and, the most important part, explain why.

When she isn't coaching, you will find her hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, or in the gym herself training for a bodybuilding or CrossFit comp!
